Platform Rules and Terms
1. Account Upgrade and Reset
1.1 Requirements for Upgrade or Reset
To upgrade or reset an account, the user must first complete all daily tasks. Example: 40/40 tasks completed and account balance is zero.
1.2 Request Process
If the user needs to reset the account, they must contact customer service to submit a request.
1.3 Verification
Account upgrade or reset requests will take effect after platform verification.
1.4 Incomplete Tasks or Balance
If there are incomplete tasks or outstanding balances before upgrading or resetting, the system will reject the request.
2. Fund Security
2.1 Fund Safety
Employee funds are completely secure on the platform. The platform is responsible for any accidental losses.
2.2 Confidentiality
Do not disclose your account password or withdrawal password to others. The platform is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by password disclosure.
2.3 Password Recommendation
It is recommended not to set withdrawal passwords as birthdays, identification numbers, or mobile phone numbers. Please set more complex passwords to protect fund security.
3. Task Rules
3.1 Task Allocation
All reward tasks and normal tasks are randomly assigned by the system. Users cannot change, cancel, control, or skip them. Due to the large number of platform users, tasks cannot be manually specified.
3.2 Account Usage Regulations
If account abuse is detected, the platform reserves the right to take legal action.
3.3 Deposit Requirements
Each deposit must be confirmed with customer support before top-up.
The platform is not responsible for funds deposited into the wrong account.
3.4 Task Completion Requirement
Users must complete daily tasks within the specified time. Failure to complete and failure to apply for an extension may affect merchant progress and require completion of additional tasks.
4. Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Withdrawal Requirements
Each employee must complete all daily tasks to meet system withdrawal conditions.
4.2 Automatic Processing
To avoid fund loss, all withdrawals are processed automatically by the system.
4.3 Withdrawal Time
Employees can only withdraw during platform-specified business hours to avoid affecting merchant operations.
5. Special Terms for Large Withdrawals
5.1 Fee Regulation
When a single or cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds MYR 50,000 (Malaysian Ringgit Fifty Thousand), the user must pay an additional large withdrawal processing fee of 30% of the withdrawal amount.
5.2 Purpose of Fees
The large withdrawal processing fee is used to cover compliance review, anti-fraud checks, manual verification, fund clearing, and liquidity preparation costs.
5.3 Fee Posting and Refund
The large withdrawal processing fee will be immediately credited to the user’s platform account balance and refunded together with the principal at the user’s next withdrawal. The platform does not profit from this fee.
5.4 Verification and Document Submission
The platform may require users to provide identification or other related supporting documents. If the user fails to submit the required documents within a reasonable period, the platform reserves the right to delay or reject the withdrawal request.
5.5 User Confirmation
By applying for withdrawal, the user is deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to the above withdrawal rules.
6. Special Account Privileges
6.1 Fee Reduction or Waiver
Special accounts certified by the platform (such as VIP users, long-term trusted customers) may enjoy fee reductions or waivers at the platform’s discretion.
6.2 Interpretation Rights
The interpretation rights and final decision of these terms belong to the platform.
7. Fund Security Verification
7.1 Trigger Conditions
When the user enters the wrong withdrawal password three consecutive times, the system will automatically initiate a fund security verification process to prevent account funds from being operated by others or maliciously stolen.
7.2 Verification Fund Requirement
The user must submit a verification fund equal to 100% of the withdrawal amount in their platform account.
7.3 Fund Posting and Details
The verification fund will be immediately credited to the user’s account balance and can be viewed in account details.
7.4 Verification Fund Refund
After verification is completed, the platform will immediately refund 100% of the submitted verification fund to the user’s platform account balance.
7.5 Password Reset and Withdrawal Recovery
After completing fund verification, the user must apply to reset the withdrawal password; the user may resume normal withdrawal operations after the new password is successfully set.
7.6 User Confirmation
Users who trigger and complete the fund security verification process are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
8. Security Deposit Terms
8.1 Applicable Situations
The platform has the right to require users to submit a security deposit under the following circumstances:
Consecutive incorrect withdrawal password entries;
Incorrect withdrawal information (such as mismatched bank account or payee details);
System detects high-risk or abnormal withdrawal activity;
Other operation errors that may affect fund security.
8.2 Purpose of Deposit
To ensure users improve accuracy and responsibility in withdrawal operations and avoid repeating similar errors.
8.3 Nature of Deposit
The security deposit is a temporary fund freeze, not a fee or penalty, and the platform does not profit from it.
8.4 Deposit Amount
Users must submit 50% of the withdrawal amount as a security deposit.
8.5 Posting and Details
The deposit will be immediately credited to the user’s platform account balance and can be viewed in account details.
8.6 Refund Time
The platform will refund 100% of the deposit to the user’s designated account within 72 hours after the deposit is successfully submitted.
8.7 Security Purpose Statement
The deposit is only for fund security purposes and will not be deducted or occupied.
9. Acceptance of Terms, Amendments and Governing Law
9.1 Acceptance of Terms
By using this platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
9.2 Amendments
The platform reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review the terms regularly for updates.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Failing which, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Malaysian laws.
11.7 Privacy Policy Reference
By using the Platform, the User agrees to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein.
11.8 User Rights and Responsibilities
Users must secure their account credentials, provide accurate information, and not use the Platform for illegal purposes. The Platform may suspend accounts suspected of violating these Terms.
